This is the same coating used by Ricky Carmichael, James Stewart and most other Factory Riders and Teams.  This coating is also harder than the OEM Chrome which helps seal life and prevent rock scratches and nicks on your lower tubes. This kit is perfect for the person looking for top performance from their suspension component and does not want to invest in the Higher priced Factory Kit suspension.
